Twilight is not responsible for the actions of third party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer.  Any link to those sites does not constitute our sponsorship of, or affiliation with, those people or companies.

Registration of visitors domain name / IP address

you can visit our website https://twilightapp.blogspot.com/ without telling us who you are or provide information about yourself. Twilight web servers only register the domain name (IP address), browser and session information, not your email address or personal name of visitors. Twilight uses this information to analyze the use of our website and continuously improve its quality, monitor and prevent fraud and abuse, help determining privileges and provide more location and topic relevance in content, persons and advertisements.

Collection of personal information

Twilight collects personal information when you register with us or actively participate in our services. Twilight may collect information about your transactions with us or with our business partners if and when you use any of our web and mobile services. For situations where Twilight needs to communicate with you. Twilight may contact you to request personal information or feedback from you. The Twilight sites, products and services use personal information for the following purposes: products and services provision, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, research, recommendations, billing and anonymous reporting.

Facebook Connect, Game Center and Google+

You may log in to our site using sign-in services (“SN Service”) such as Facebook Connect, LinkedIn, Apple’s Game Center, or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name, email address, and resume to pre-populate our sign up form.  Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within your network.

We may collect and record information through the SN Service in accordance with the policies and terms of that SN Service.  The information we collect when you connect your user account to an SN Service may include: (1) your name, (2) your SN Service user identification number and/or user name, (3) locale, city, state and country, (4) sex, (5) birth date, (6) email address, (7) profile picture or its URL, and (8) the SN Service user identification numbers for your friends that are also connected to Twilight Application(s).

Security

Twilight takes reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties.

Although we make good faith efforts to store the information collected on the Service in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage on our systems.  Further, while we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally obtaining access to this information.  We do not warrant or represent that your information will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

iOS and Android Platforms

When you use any of the Twilight  applications on a mobile platform, we may collect and record certain information such as your unique device ID (persistent / non-persistent), hardware type, media access control (“MAC”) address, international mobile equipment identity (“IMEI”), the version of your operating system (“OS”), your device name, your email address (if you have connected to Facebook or Google+), and your location (based on your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address).  This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends.

We may collect your location based information for the purpose of providing you with the correct version of the application and so you may interact with other users of the game.  We will not share this information with any third party without your permission.  If you no longer wish to allow us to track or use this information, you may turn it off at the device level.  Please note, the application may not work properly if we are unable to tell where you are coming from (Country specific).

In addition, we create a unique user ID to track your use of our Service.  This unique user ID is stored in connection with your profile information to track the Twilight Application you are playing.

Mobile Analytics

We may use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Software on your device. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personal information you submit within the mobile application.

Third Party Services

Our services may contain third party tracking tools from our service providers, examples of which include Google Analytics and MobileAppTracking by Tune. Such third parties may use cookies, APIs, and SDKs in our services to enable them to collect and analyze user information on our behalf. The third parties may have access to information such as your device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, locale (specific location where a given language is spoken), geo-location information, and IP address for the purpose of providing their services under their respective privacy policies. Our privacy policy does not cover the use of tracking tools from third parties.  We do not have access or control over these third parties.

Ad Networks

We may feature advertising within our Service.  The advertisers may collect and use information about you, such as your Service session activity, device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, geo-location information and IP address.  They may use this information to provide advertisements of interest to you.

Use of cookies

Twilight tries to give registered customers information customized to their personal information. For this Twilight may use cookies. Cookies are stored on your hard drive with the purpose of letting your be recognized next time you visit our page. You can set your web browser to notify you when you receive a cookie. You may also block cookies if you want, even though this will prevent us from identifying you and you may not be able to take full advantage of all offerings. Twilight uses cookies for a number of purposes, including to: a) ask you to re-enter your password after a session time is out for security reasons. b) keeping track of your settings. c) analyze the size and traffic of all usage. d) improve our products and services. e) ensure that visitors are not shown the same advertisement and to customize advertising based on browser type and user habit information. f) display user profile and related service feeds through profile widget. Twilight’s cookies are not shared with our business partners.

Usage, Sharing and Disclosure of Information

when you provide personal information through Twilight you are sharing your personal information with Twilight and its affiliated entities, which use is covered by this policy. though information is not shared with unrelated third parties, Twilight may display for you targeted advertisements based on personal information and usage habits.

Twilight may use or share your personal information where it is necessary to complete a transaction, to operate or improve the Twilight products and services, to do something that you have asked us to do, or tell you of products and services that Twilight thinks may be of interest.

if you participate willingly in any of our sponsors’ activities, clearly stating the name of the third party, the information you provide may be shared with the same.

Twilight reserve the right to contact you with certain communication related to our products and services, such as service announcements, administrative messages, newsletters and emails without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

Twilight collects user-submitted account information such as name, email address, mobile number and age to identify users and send notifications related to the use of the service. Twilight also collects user-submitted profile information, including additional contact information, location, interests, biographical information and photos. this additional profile information will assist other users in finding and communicating with you.

Twilight will store your user data in a central profile to be used by all Twilight sites and will display your “display name” and “nick”, if any, along with your submitted content and on your personal pages. Twilight will display your personal information on your personal sites according to the preferences you set in your account.

Twilight will facilitate searching and finding friends and acquaintances on its sites and allows users to search for other members using your “display name.”

Twilight will also allow users to search for you by your first and last name, email address, location, gender, interests or other person specific data according to the preferences you set in your account.

email addresses and full names are used when a user invites a friend via email to join Twilight, when a user requests to add another user to their network and when Twilight sends notifications to a user related to their use of Twilight’s sites.

when you post a message on a Twilight site, you have the ability to post a message that includes personally identifiable information about yourself although generally discouraged by Twilight.

if you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unwanted messages from other parties in return. if you post personal information of others on any of Twilight’s sites, this content may be deleted and your account terminated.

Twilight may share personal information about you under the following circumstances:

Twilight may share your personal information to respond to written police requests, court orders, or legal process, to establish or exercise our legal rights or, defend against legal claims and if deemed necessary by us to comply with emergency powers or in such circumstances disclosure is appropriate.

Twilight may share your personal information if Twilight believes it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our various terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

should a situation arise where Twilight will sell all or parts of our business, such transactions, personally identifiable information you have shared with us is generally one of the business assets that will be transferred. in such a situation, the personally identifiable information transferred will remain subject to the promises made in this privacy policy or subsequent policies to which you have consented.

Access to Personal Information

If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, or delete inaccuracies by making the change within your account settings.

Our Policy Regarding Children

choice / opt-out

Twilight provides its visitors with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communication from Twilight at the point where information about the visitor is requested. Twilight gives you the option to get personal information changed or deleted from our database. This can be done by sending an email to mahmudkuetmath@gmail.com. Any issue regarding your privacy concern regarding the use of Twilight’s services will be taken seriously and you will be contacted upon us receiving your concern. In a few cases, honoring such requests may make it difficult for us to provide you a good service and may in worst case require us to terminate our relationship with you.
